APPLICATION 01
Optical Lenses
For resin lens manufacturing, consider mold assembly, casting, demolding, edging, handling, surface wiping and appearance inspection as connected processes. Resin lens production automation is HULK ROBOT's current flagship offering. Automated wiping and AI inspection are assessed for the actual process. Define lens specifications, mold format, A/B-side chamfer requirements, contact restrictions and cycle time before selecting a standalone machine or retrofit scope. Inspection requires acceptable and defective samples with agreed defect classes and decision boundaries; wiping requires tests for contaminant removal and surface protection. Performance and cycle time are subject to agreed samples and site trials.
For transparent consumer-electronics parts, glass panels and related optical workpieces, focus on surface wiping and AI appearance inspection. Wiping suitability can be assessed for flat or curved transparent parts, different dimensions and surface treatments; this does not imply a standard configuration for every part. State material, coating, permitted contact areas, contamination and cleanliness requirements. Define acceptance boundaries for scratches, stains and other defects, then verify lighting and imaging with representative samples. Confirm process results before discussing handling, changeovers, cycle time and interfaces.
Assess special-purpose robots and safety behavior recognition for power infrastructure construction and high-risk work. The displayed concepts include dual-arm GIL corridor robots, online conductor sag inspection and safety behavior detection during wind-turbine erection and high-speed train maintenance. Robotic solutions require task, space, environment and operating-mode requirements. Video recognition needs assessment of camera views, visibility of people and work states, recognition rules and alert handling. It assists site management and must be used with human review and established safety procedures. Confirm scope and results through site or sample validation.
