Equipment purpose
Edges resin lenses at approximately 900 lenses/hour. Programmable upper and lower chamfering allows the A and B sides to be chamfered separately or simultaneously. Chip collection removes debris cleanly to avoid entanglement and blockage inside the machine.
Process integration
This machine forms part of resin lens manufacturing automation. A standalone or process-cell configuration depends on trays, workpiece specifications, existing interfaces and the site layout.
Selection and acceptance
Please provide part and mold dimensions, tray photographs or drawings, loading/unloading arrangements, target cycle time and available floor space. Capacity, tray changeover and quality requirements must be confirmed by sample testing and the project technical agreement.
The figures shown are from existing company equipment documentation. Lens specifications, process requirements, handling, tray changes and upstream/downstream waiting affect effective throughput. Agree on samples, test conditions, quality criteria and acceptance methods before implementation; actual performance is subject to sample tests and the project technical agreement.
