SELECTION AT A GLANCE
Check the workpiece and process before discussing equipment configuration. Suitability depends on sample and process assessment.
Confirm integration scope against loading methods, existing interfaces, site layout and cycle time.
OVERVIEW
The camera angle and lighting differ between shots. Cleanliness or scratch removal cannot be established from video alone; inspect real parts and test representative samples.

Look at contact position and motion, then evaluate actual samples against material, dimensions and cleanliness requirements.

Automatic wiping, cleaning and pre-film preparation for optical lenses, lens elements, transparent consumer-electronics parts and glass panels. Precision ceramic parts, metal housings, flexible sheets and films require separate suitability assessments.
Define the process around workpiece positioning, surface contact, wiping materials and motion paths. Confirm cleaning consistency, surface protection, handling integration and acceptable-part output together. Coated and curved parts must be tested first.
Provide material, dimensions, surface treatment, contamination, the current wiping method, target cycle time and loading/unloading arrangements. Supply acceptable and representative defective samples; agree on inspection lighting, positions and acceptance criteria in advance.
First verify cleaning results and surface condition; then confirm clamping, consumables, program changeover and line interfaces. For preparation before film application, verify the downstream process too. Cost evaluation should include tray changes, product changeovers, consumable replacement and rework. Configuration and acceptance conditions are subject to sample testing and the technical agreement.
